1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, or by submitting any information through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. About Easy Auto Refi
Easy Auto Refi is a brand operated by True Blue Performance, LLC, a limited liability company. We provide an online marketing and lead-generation service for consumers who are interested in auto loan refinancing and related products.
Easy Auto Refi is not a lender, bank, finance company, or credit broker. We do not make loans, make credit decisions, set interest rates, or guarantee approval. All financing decisions are made solely by independent third-party lenders and refinance partners.
3. Description of the service
The Site allows you to submit information about yourself and your vehicle through an online form. We use that information to attempt to match you with one or more third-party lenders, refinance providers, marketers, or other partners (“Partners”) who may be able to offer auto refinance products or related services.
Using the Site is free of charge. We do not charge you any application fee, origination fee, or other fee for submitting a request. We may receive compensation from Partners for connecting them with consumers; this compensation does not increase the cost of any product to you.
4. Eligibility
To use the Site and submit a request, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state of residence);
- Are a resident of the United States;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
- Will use the Site only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Your information & accuracy
When you submit a request, you agree to provide information that is true, current, and complete, and that relates to you and not to any other person without their authorization. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may affect the offers you receive and may subject you to liability.
6. Consent to be contacted
By submitting your information through the Site, you provide your express written consent for Easy Auto Refi and its auto refinance Partners to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provided regarding auto refinance options. This includes contact by telephone calls, text messages, and emails, using automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and AI-generated voice messages, where permitted by law, even if the telephone number you provide is registered on any state or federal Do-Not-Call list.
Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions provided in those messages. 7. No guarantee & no offer of credit
Submitting a request through the Site is not an application for credit and does not guarantee that you will be contacted, matched with a Partner, or approved for any loan or product. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or commitment to lend.
Any rate, term, payment amount, loan amount, payment-deferral option, or savings figure is determined solely by the applicable Partner and is subject to that Partner’s credit criteria, verification, and approval. Actual results vary based on your creditworthiness, your vehicle, your existing loan, applicable law, and other factors. Easy Auto Refi makes no representation or guarantee regarding any particular outcome.
8. Third-party lenders & partners
If you are matched with a Partner, your relationship with that Partner is separate from your relationship with Easy Auto Refi. Partners are independent businesses, and we do not control and are not responsible for their products, services, rates, terms, decisions, conduct, privacy practices, or compliance with law.
Any loan, agreement, or transaction you enter into with a Partner is governed by that Partner’s own terms, disclosures, and privacy policy. We encourage you to review those documents carefully before entering into any agreement.
9. No professional advice
The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Easy Auto Refi is not your financial advisor or broker. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions about refinancing or other financial matters.
10. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Easy Auto Refi name and brand, page design, and software, are owned by or licensed to True Blue Performance, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
11. Prohibited uses
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit information that is false, fraudulent, or that belongs to another person without authorization;
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the operation of the Site;
- Use automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to access or collect data from the Site; or
- Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site.
12. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Auto Refi disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Auto Refi and True Blue Performance, LLC, and their owners, members, officers, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, your interactions with any Partner, or any product or service obtained through a Partner.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless True Blue Performance, LLC, Easy Auto Refi, and their owners, members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute that is not otherwise subject to an applicable arbitration or alternative-resolution process will be the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
