Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how True Blue Performance, LLC, doing business as Easy Auto Refi (“Easy Auto Refi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit the website located at easyautorefi.com and any related pages, forms, or services (together, the “Site”). Please read this Policy carefully so you understand our practices.

1. Introduction

Easy Auto Refi is an online marketing and lead-generation service for consumers interested in auto loan refinancing and related products. Easy Auto Refi is not a lender, bank, finance company, or credit broker. To provide our service, we collect information from you and share it with third-party lenders, refinance providers, and other partners (“Partners”) who may contact you about auto refinance options. By using the Site or submitting information through it, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected by any Partner, lender, advertiser, or other third party, even if you reach them through the Site or they contact you after you submit a request. Partners and other third parties have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle your information, and we encourage you to review them.

3. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly. When you complete the form on the Site, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, state of residence, employment status, estimated credit score range, and details about your vehicle and current auto loan or lease (such as vehicle year, mileage, approximate amount owed, and what you are looking to do).

Consent and submission records. When you submit the form, we and our service providers may record information about your submission, such as the date and time, the page you submitted from, your IP address, your browser and device information, and a record of the consent language you agreed to. This may include the use of independent lead-certification and consent-verification services that capture and store a record of your form interaction.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, referring and exit pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 6.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising partners, marketing networks, or other sources, and we may combine that information with the information we collect through the Site.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government identification numbers through the Site.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Connect you with one or more Partners who may offer auto refinance products or related services;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Contact you, and allow Partners to contact you, about auto refinance options consistent with the consent you provide;
  • Verify and keep records of the consent you provide and your form submission;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and misuse of the Site;
  • Analyze usage, measure advertising performance, and conduct marketing; and
  • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

5. How we share your information

We share your information in the following ways:

With lenders and refinance partners. The primary purpose of the Site is to connect you with Partners. When you submit the form, we share the information you provide with one or more Partners so they can evaluate your request and contact you about auto refinance options. Once a Partner receives your information, that Partner’s own privacy policy governs its use of your information.

With marketing partners. We may share your information with marketers and other intermediaries who, in turn, may share it with lenders or refinance providers.

With service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, data storage, analytics, advertising, call routing, and lead-certification or consent-verification services.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, a subpoena, or legal process; to enforce our Terms & Conditions; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Easy Auto Refi, our users, or others; or to investigate fraud or security issues.

In a business transfer. If True Blue Performance, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Please note: Sharing your information with Partners so they can contact you is a core function of our service. If you do not want your information shared in this way, please do not submit the form.

6. Cookies & tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, measure and improve advertising, and support lead-certification and consent verification. Some of these technologies are provided by third parties, such as analytics and advertising providers, who may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites.

Most web browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site may not respond to them. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals.

7. Your choices & opt-out rights

You have choices about how you are contacted and how your information is used:

Text messages. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text you receive.

Marketing emails. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages.

Telephone calls. You may ask a caller to stop contacting you, and you may register your number on the National Do-Not-Call Registry at donotcall.gov. Because you provide express consent when you submit the form, Partners may contact you even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list unless and until you opt out.

Cookies. You may manage cookies through your browser settings as described in Section 6.

Opting out of contact from Easy Auto Refi does not automatically opt you out of contact from a Partner who has already received your information. You may need to make your request directly to that Partner. To make a privacy request to us, contact us using the information in Section 14.

8. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under state privacy laws.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to request access to or deletion of their personal information; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined by law. We do not sell personal information for money; however, sharing information with Partners and advertising partners as described in this Policy may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. California residents also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

Other states. Residents of other states that have enacted consumer privacy laws may have similar rights, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 14. We will verify your request as required by law before responding, and we may ask for information to confirm your identity. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted by law.

9. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including connecting you with Partners, maintaining records of your consent and submission, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

10. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and you provide your information at your own risk.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 14, and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Third-party websites & services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may transfer you to a Partner’s website or platform. This Policy does not apply to those websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third party. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every website and service you visit or interact with.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Policy.
